Hey @jessyjeanne. Not affiliated, just a happy user—check out Timeshifter. You enter your flights, and it maps out when to sleep, wake up, get light exposure, avoid caffeine, etc. It worked for me—completely eliminated jet lag with smart circadian adjustments. I can DC more thoughts if helpful.
