Humans are irrational and for humans value of things is not objective, but is very much context and perception based! Most engineers without background in behavioural psychology have problem to understand and accept that. Nonetheless it's true. But ... with upcoming personal AI agents wave which will most likely evolve around areas of - "gathering information, coordination and shopping for you" - are we on the verge of end of brand loyalty as we know it 🤔 Curious what any brand marketing managers think around here?
