"Fake it till you make it" Is a bad advice and it could hold you back career wise . You don't need to pretend to know everything. You don't need to act confident when unsure You don't need to fake anything to move forward Rather, Ask questions when need be Own your learning. Say ' I don't know" with confidence Grow in public, not behind closed doors.
