@iamDCinvestor the EF uses Ethereum all the time, for instance to (1) swap ETH for stables (usually @CoWSwap) and (2) to pay people (grantees, team members) in stables and ETH, on mainnet and L2s. Events we run (like Devcon and Devconnect) take onchain payments and use onchain ID for tickets.

I think it is not bad to fund the development of Ethereum.
But you know that the price of ETH performs bad so people need someone to blame.
And all are watching the address of the EF. So you know why people are angry.

They think Ethereum is best.
But why ETH even can’t beat BTC or SOL.
Maybe this is the reason why they are angry and nervous. They are afraid and not confident about their choice. 
They need someone come out to give them confidence.
But the result is that EF still keep on selling ETH. Even though 100 is not so much. But they feel EF doesn’t stand with the supporters and holders of ETH.

If you checked ETH/BTC or SOL/ETH you will find that ETH is weaker than BTC and SOL. So people are a little nervous.
