more founders should burn their own money / be resourceful with grants and revenue BEFORE raising any / big funds — believe this ACTUALLY increases your chance of 'success'. when you're bootstrapping, you tend to be way more scrappy and resourceful — simply because you have no other choice. don't ask investors to sponsor your idea maze — sponsor it yourself and pitch when you're ready. even better — attract, don't chase. the way you attract is by being resourceful and building great product people want. as the saying goes, BE SO GOOD THEY CAN'T IGNORE YOU.

Couldn't have said it better We've been bootstrapping for a long time and i think it helps us to build product faster and be more effective in any ways
