KRAKEN trial demonstrated that muvalaplin, an oral agent, significantly reduced Lp(a) levels by up to 85.8% over 12 weeks, with a favorable safety profile. Only caveat is the trial was short and didnt study cardiovascular outcocmes. some tips if you’re letting AI take the wheel on writing code (cursor composer, windsurf, etc): write an overview doc with a checklist first use strongly-typed languages (ts, rust, etc) start with tests, lint, code formatting use git (obviously) & commit often set up pre-commit hooks and CI for all of the above
