That moment of hesitation before you start tearing into your art's code to refactor how the information flows so you can get per-layer textures out of it but hopefully are able to re-assemble it in a similar aesthetic 😅

Success! There are a few trade-offs I had to make in the layers but overall it maintained the aesthetic nicely. Now I'll work on rendering each layer in chunks so I can bump the AA samples way up to reduce the noise. I'll reply to this with an image showing the layers...
