goal with warps is to prototype quickly and test the feature.

re, /degen channel spam: @v has proposed a one-time fee to post in the channel (unless you get banned, in which case you pay again). Prototype would be warps (off-chain points), then transition on-chain to $degen (eventually).

Should /degen charge $degen to cast here?

I like it as an option but shouldn't make it required for all channels. 

Not sure about having to pay again if you get banned though, it's monetary penalty even if it was just an accidental ban or not thought through during a heated argument

agree; it would be an option for hosts. the payment would be to re-enter the channel. else, a ban is warpcast-level final.
