Slack for DAO's, but all the channels have CID's and the whole thing is token-gated.

Web3 aligned group chats are so needed yes! Sadly discord, slack, telegram have all the market share and it's hard to build a quality client and then convince people to use it instead

slack with farcaster sign in can go far basically farcaster imports your social graph whenever you go, just realizing that lol that can be the base that connects every app we use in 10 years from now, everyone we know will be accessible there without the need to add a friend again, invite etc.

Quality client is so true. The work it takes just to reach feature parity w/ attention to detail is MASSIVE. I've been working on @comm.eth literally since 2015 https://github.com/CommE2E/comm Farcaster social graph is the unlock for us. Really excited for July

As a tool selection facilitator, I definitely agree that it's hard to get people to switch.. Comms tools are always the hardest decisions and full functionality is a must. I don't think anyone's actually built a replacement yet. Just half-baked apps with no interop, incentives or social graph. FC fixes this.
