Recurring tips would be cool! So I can select a farcaster and they automatically get a set amount of Degen as a tip every day from my allocation

2. many /subscribe didn't fire off today because
- i put a safety measure to check if there was a subscription tip in the last 24 hours
- since the tips were manually fired kinda late yesterday, they were filtered by the safety measure
- things should operate normally tomorrow
