merkle doesn't need a marketing hire, they need a community hire that is no t an OG or otherwise part of the entrenched community!!

ppl with context know that @dwr.eth wasn't saying ppl here are uninteresting, but it's the ppl without context that farcaster needs to get to more interesting content 

imagine if the 'need more interesting content' message was filtered through someone with community / experience expertise, who also had the credibility of a relationship with Merkle? existing users would not have been alienated and it might even have pulled in some new ones if it was framed more as an invitation than a complaint
