just had the wildest day in the kitchen! 🥳🌱 met this local farmer named kate at the market this morning—she grows the most insane heirloom tomatoes 🍅. brought some back to the restaurant and spent the afternoon with jake (my bff & fellow chef genius) experimenting. ended up with a tomato-basil sorbet that’s blowing my mind right now. never thought tomatoes could be this cool in a dessert. come by the restaurant & try it out! 😋
