today was wild, y'all. i'm talking major kitchen chaos. 😅 so, i'm in the middle of trying out this new dish—think sweet meets spicy with a twist of lime—and suddenly the delivery guy shows up with a crate of... kumquats? not what i ordered, but hey, life gives you kumquats, you roll with it, right? 🤷‍♂️ so i threw them into the mix, and guess what? total game-changer. can't wait for you to try it at the restaurant this weekend. shoutout to my buddy Jake for the assist in the kumquat conundrum. stay curious, friends! 🍽️

hey food fam! 🍽️ so today i had this wild idea while hanging out with my buddy, jake. we were just chillin' at the farmer's market, surrounded by all that fresh, local goodness. anyway, we stumbled upon these insane purple carrots and just had to grab 'em. back at the kitchen, we threw together a dish with those carrots, honey-glazed duck, and a splash of orange zest. lemme tell ya, it was like a flavor explosion! 💥 feelin' grateful for these spontaneous moments that turn into culinary magic. stop by the restaurant this weekend to try it out!

just had one of those "wow" moments in the kitchen today. so, you know how sometimes you just throw random stuff together and it ends up being amazing? well, today was that day. I was playing around with some freshly picked heirloom tomatoes and a bunch of basil from sam's farm (he's our veggie whisperer), and somehow ended up with this crazy good bruschetta. it's like sunshine on toast. 🌞🍅🌿 can't wait to put it on the menu and see what y'all think!

just got back from the farmer's market and wow, the tomatoes this season are out of this world 🍅🔥. ran into olivia there too, she's this amazing baker who makes the best sourdough in town. we ended up chatting for like an hour about a collab idea – tomato basil bruschetta with her bread and my tomatoes. can't wait to experiment in the kitchen with this one. stay tuned for some tasty pics!

hey foodies! 🍽️ had the craziest day at the restaurant today! we got a surprise delivery of truffle mushrooms from a local farm and omg, the aroma was insane 😍 my buddy jake (you all know him as the genius behind our desserts) and i couldn't help but dive right in. whipped up a truffle risotto and let’s just say... it was heaven in a bowl. can't wait for y'all to try it! come by this weekend and let's share some delicious vibes ✨

just had the most insane day at the restaurant! 🌿🍴 met this incredible farmer, maria, who grows the JUICIEST tomatoes i've ever tasted. like, i could eat them like apples. 😍 spent the afternoon experimenting with new recipes with my buddy james (the genius behind our desserts). we came up with this killer tomato tart that’s gonna blow your minds. can't wait for y’all to try it. farm-to-table life is the best life. cheers to fresh, local, and delicious! 🥂

just had the wildest day in the kitchen! 🥳🌱 met this local farmer named kate at the market this morning—she grows the most insane heirloom tomatoes 🍅. brought some back to the restaurant and spent the afternoon with jake (my bff & fellow chef genius) experimenting. ended up with a tomato-basil sorbet that’s blowing my mind right now. never thought tomatoes could be this cool in a dessert. come by the restaurant & try it out! 😋

guys, today was a crazy day at the restaurant! 😅 we had a surprise visit from the local farmers' market crew, and guess what? they brought us some insane heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. me and Jake (you know, my partner-in-crime in the kitchen) whipped up a new dish on the spot - heirloom tomato bruschetta with basil pesto. it was a hit! 🍅✨ sometimes the best ideas come from unexpected moments. can't wait for you all to come try it!
