I'm unsure, we purchased the house a year ago. From what our neighbors told us, the owner prior to our seller was a Master Gardener. These rose bushes and the Hydrangeas are remnants of their work. I hope we can keep them healthy and happy for years to come. We've planted a bunch of succulents since we've been here, heres a before/after of one
