so i was getting a simple prescription med from a local pharmacy when the pharmacist asked me about what i take multivitamins, ag1, ashwagandha, l-theanin, b12, b6 sometimes, d3 and then they asked why wtf how do you even respond to this? with links? data? research? but it was all verbal i'm lost

for my learning, are there any longitudinal studies on this stuff that you can link? and has someone made valid counter arguments about considering these as toxins? sorry if lazy ask and should be a Google-able question

toxicology is quite important when talking about supplements and usually we do have studies that prove that something is safe to take — if i don't feel bad when taking a supplement and there are no studies proving harm, i take it freely for instance, montelukast gave me a small sinus infection so i stopped it

I don’t drink coffee/tea so idk what coffee crash is/means. like I don’t what a migraine is/feels like. dw I’m an underdeveloped species. but what is l-theanin working for beyond coffee crash? I noticed you didn’t say creatine
