i know that these have been hiring/training smart contract devs since 2021(defi summer): Wells Fargo, Citi, Franklin, Fidelity

don't underestimate the amount of smart contract talent clocked up at enterprise companies including the likes of SAP!, ibm and vmware etc

risk tolerance low. but they're hella engineers. idk why solving valley underestimates sap. i started mi career in erp and that shit is one piece of eng for its time

Kind of ridiculous actually, though I believe it. It’s hard to fathom my 55 year old Pakistani uncle with 25 years of SAP experience building sank smart contracts. 

Going to assume those guys are unrecruitable to other cos
