for my learning, are there any longitudinal studies on this stuff that you can link? and has someone made valid counter arguments about considering these as toxins? sorry if lazy ask and should be a Google-able question

toxicology is quite important when talking about supplements and usually we do have studies that prove that something is safe to take — if i don't feel bad when taking a supplement and there are no studies proving harm, i take it freely for instance, montelukast gave me a small sinus infection so i stopped it

b6 helps with mood ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9577631 — taking it when i feel down d3 is necessary for vegans in climates with too few sunny days

multivitamins are just in case i'm missing a vitamin (i can probably ditch them) ag1 has a bunch of antioxidants which is always good (and a bunch of other science mumbo-jumbo) ashwagandha: healthline.com/nutrition/ashwagandha l-theanin helps to avoid coffee crash b12 is necessary for vegans
