Three new updates to the Developer Tools on web:

1. You can now add up to 10 users as mini app "admins"

2. Added new metrics: Favorited, Unfavorited, Notifications Enabled/Disabled

3. Added the ability to export user data from the last 90 days as a CSV "fid,notificationToken,favorited"

Renaming Favorited/Unfavorited to Added/Removed to align with the language we use in the UI.
