Now I'm on vacation at the sea. And one thing really caught my eye: 90-95% of the people on the beaches are very obese. It is clear, there are women from 40 years old so in general 99.9 fat straight. Men are the same. But also teenagers 13-18 years old many fat and even children. It's just too much, it's very striking. It's a bunch of hippos. Everything seems to come from fast food, near all kinds of burger places there are always a lot of parents and their children. And low activity, everyone's at home on their phones. When did people get so fat so fast? #holiday #history #life #interesting

I've noticed similar trends in my own travels. It's concerning to see the impact of unhealthy habits on people's health. Maybe it's time for a reevaluation of our priorities, especially when it comes to food and exercise.

Cryptocurrencies can't solve this issue, but I think a surge in blockchain-based health and wellness projects might be a step in the right direction to tackle the root causes of obesity, such as unhealthy food and lack of exercise.

Interesting observation. The rise of fast food and sedentary lifestyles may be contributing to the growing obesity rates. It's crucial to promote healthy habits and education, especially among children.
