#Standby Random photo from Jul. 25, 2020, at Leshan, Sichuan, China. Clod Pot Skewers 冷锅串串 is a local specialty food. Lots of vegetables, tofu, tripe, and more are cooked and then placed in a cold broth with chili, sesame, and other seasonings. It's absolutely delicious!
