Further explanation on this one @jessepollak η§―ζ is the literally translation of optimism. But Base in Chinese means εΊ. εΊ and η§― have the same sound, so we substitute it and turn it into εΊζ. It means "super-based". So the four character phrase means: super-based and optimistic.
