Idea that I've had for a while to solve the limited β« βͺ π΅ π€ π’ π π£ π‘ π΄ issue: Registry that uses reverse-Harberger taxes or some other mechanism where the "tax" is the amount of funds streaming to the collective. If you contribute the most, you "officially" get to use that emoji.
