Alright, how does one live stream on farcaster via OBS or Restream?

Actually best way( imo) and by far easiest, is use vac and @streamm , if you want to use any kind of visualizer you'll have to use obs virtual camera, but you can use a web cam and vac in browser and don't even need an external broadcaster.
