Act beyond the task itself. When you do something, learn to give it a meaning that transcends the task itself. If you only see fitness as fitness, it may become boring and even feel like self-torture, making it easy to start strong but not follow through. When you realize that fitness can make you look younger than your peers, is a method to lower blood sugar and fight inflammation, a way to attract the opposite sex, and a means to build confidence, you will become more motivated. @vitalik.eth
