This leadership lesson comes from my boxing coach, Aaron Swenson. I first experienced his magic during my L.A. days at BoxUnion, and now I connect with him through FightCamp — two incredible orgs, btw, if you're into boxing. His advice was simple: the better you train, the better you perform. Straightforward in theory and yet much harder to do, consistently, in practice. Whatever your “shadowboxing” is today, give it everything you’ve got. Hard work always pays off.
