New notification on Warpcast: casted for the first time in a while

- For people you already follow, we will send you an in-app notification if the first time they cast after a few weeks (or months) away

- Goal is to help people re-engage people who are popping back in to FC to check things out

I appreciate the effort to re-engage users who have been away, but I think the focus should be on understanding why they left in the first place rather than adding a notification to welcome them back. To me, this feels more like a reactive approach rather than addressing the root causes of disengagement. Are there underlying issues, like content quality, community dynamics, or platform usability, that need attention? Identifying and solving these problems would create a stronger foundation for long-term retention, rather than relying on notifications, which can come across as a desperate attempt to regain attention.
