clearing up some misconceptions: there are no negative factors with Airstack's Far Scores and Cast Scores (social capital) meaning: nothing you do has a negative factor. for some reason some folks had the misconception that they might lose social capital the more they interact with certain accounts or the more they cast. That's not true. There are none, nil, zilch negative factors. social capital simply measures how much impact your actions have downstream on other farcaster members. that's it.

hey @onedayvk.eth and @plantsnft, check this out, since we had this debate in that FarHouse space a few weeks ago, wanted to make sure that you saw this. Thank you for clarifying, @betashop.eth!

Thanks I still think that interacting with higher social credit score accounts boost your standing? I’m curious to know how a reach is measured?

Of course, we can see very clearly via Airstack that interacting with higher social credit score accounts boosts your social standing. This is very obvious and transparent. This seems to be at the core of each algorithm that is used to rank accounts on Farcaster. It is good to get clarity from @betashop.eth that interacting with lower social value accounts is not going to decrease your Airstack rank. This was what I assumed and hoped, but was great to hear this confirmed. I am also curious to know how reach is measured. Jason did say in the Farhouse space that we spoke that it was more based on the number of accounts that you are likely to influence with your actions, not which accounts. We didn’t get into more specifics than that. I’d be curious to understand more granularity as to how the Airstack rank is determined, and why it differs so greatly from OpenRank.
