Neck exercise 2. Neck Tilts: Sit or stand with good posture, looking straight ahead. Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder (without lifting the shoulder). Hold for 5-10 seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side and try to bring your ear towards the shoulder again. Repeat 5-10 times on each side.
