100000% in your head, but you know that.  I obviously dont think everyone needs to be doing podcasts or be comfortable with their speaking voice, but if it's something you are curious about or interested in, you should go for it. I subscribe to the "when something is painful do it more often" school of thought.  I haaaaaaate my speaking voice and somehow I got tricked into doing a farcaster live stream news show and now have hundreds of hours of my voice onchain and it's much less painful.
