I just released a little two player web game that I created for Ben's Bite 's AI hackathon - https://wizardcontest.com Players take turns transforming into animals, trying to counter what the other player has chosen.

GPT-3 simulates each stage of the battle; the idea was inspired by a scene in the Disney movie The Sword in The Stone. Hope you enjoy! Non game players like my wife and inlaws liked it as well so give it a shot with your family over the holidays.

hah just played it, is there any way to win without surrendering? also noticed you were polling, did you look into using websockets/webrtc? we were also doing some multiplayer stuff with meshi.fun but haven't found a great solution other than self hosting servers (that doesn't charge out-the-ass-SaaS prices...)

No it's the honor system :p . I didn't look into websockets - are there any good reads on when they are better than polling? I've used them for more interactive apps that are more SPA, this one seemed more like a traditional website so I just went with polling because it was easier with my framework (remix.run)
