Finally assembled my 3D printed differential gear! Didnt have a (working) soldering iron for my screw inserts sooooo rubber bands it is. Waiting on some motors for a robotic arm next :)

Frames are like the dreamcast VMU, every post can have a “microapp”. Feels great to instantly flip thru a blog or make an AI image. Idk what click thru rates are normally for previews but frames are the obvious evolution since theyre interactive. Would be cool to know the quantitative diff!

VR/AR/Spatial is really exciting because new interaction modes like teleoperation of robots for maids/construction/repairs. we have high quality tracking hardware and software for $400 (quest 2). Greatly simplifies building robotics software, like surgery bots but for a longer tail of uses that require less precision

SaaS is a great business model but it is not the only one. The internet demanded new business models for consumer apps & AI will as well. Every Bill & Becky forcing usage-based pricing for their b2b sol'n makes entire categories of integrated products economically unviable
