This is the expected FED cuts in this year and 2025/2026. Will see if anything changes if something in the market breaks

Those look like aggressive rate cuts to me. I don't expect them to be so much. ...if they do cut rates that much I bet it's to lure in retail to the housing bubble right before it pops. Okay maybe I can see it.
