Those look like aggressive rate cuts to me. I don't expect them to be so much. ...if they do cut rates that much I bet it's to lure in retail to the housing bubble right before it pops. Okay maybe I can see it.

trying too hard to control the inflation without looking at what negative impact that could do. when they did it in Egypt, we lost a lot of purchasing power and a lot of people tried to scam it especially the elder ones
