Sounds interesting! Do you mean it has a fake river? Or is this something else?

Yeah it's a fake stream maybe 6 inches deep so it's good for little kids, and lots of rocks to climb on and stuff for older kids. Cool feature for park design but I'm sure it's not cheap.
