Yup. I'm not even necessarily against potential sunlight dimming space projects, there is actually a reasonable case to be made for it. But something like that would risk unintended consequences so severe it should absolutely be done as a last resort when we have done everything else we can. Like say, stop with the capitalist wars every 5 minutes.

It would be better to tackle capitalism than to dim the sun. Crops still need to grow. Trees and shrubbery need that sun to process CO2 etc.
