Not sure what this is measuring but it thinks the Communist country with a cooperative and diplomatic foreign policy is conservative and isolationist, but the pro- capitalist military empire US liberals are pro-cooperation and are somehow on the left. I would swap their positions.

Are you referring to China? Because, buddy, I hate to tell you this but if you go there you will find that “communist” is quite a stretch.
