What’s the most credible argument that the current president can’t run for re-election yet can continue with the world’s toughest job for another 100 days?

Same reason every US President keeps their job: they do what the Oligarchs tell them to do. Not sure what this has to do with a Cuban missile crisis, the US is the one with missiles stationed all over the planet pointing at dozens of other countries. In a crisis, Biden would do what he's told he has to do just like Trump would.

None of them would make any difference in their final decision, all of them are bloodthirsty warmongers who are probably going to get us all killed with their campaign of endless war and terror.
