What’s the deal with Tulsi Gabbard? Why are people excited about her? What do others fear / dislike her?

I dislike her because I think she's an imperialist and a grifter. She tried joining the Bernie movement when that was popular, and copied a lot of his language but then would say pro-imperialist, Islamophobic, and other problematic things so the left didn't trust her which turned out to be correct as she swung way over to the right after that didn't pan out to grift off the Trump movement.
