The Trump admin is reportedly considering no taxes for people who make less than $150,000 per year, per Representative Mike Collins.

But also, we're going to expand tax cuts, reduce our taxable population, cripple the IRS's ability to collect taxes, and foster a general hatred for the govt that will encourage people to cheat on their taxes.
