any thoughts on how to decide who gets how much?

This question is very close to my heart. I'm taking a moment to brainstorm now and see if I can come up with an idea before it's too late. That being said, I'd love to explore this topic further with the community in the future. Making a meaningful contribution to Higher would be incredible, and identifying effective governance mechanisms or methods is crucial.
