4844 should be hitting mainnet around March 13th

Is there estimates of cost reduction for Scroll and others based on the usage patterns?

I tried to read through it but I don't actually see it addressing the question - I assume 4844 will result in some fee reduction off the bat right? But is that 10% or an order of magnitude (or somewhere in between)
