What does this programming consist of? At the end of last year, while I was walking and thinking about life, I wrote down a few rules for myself that I would like to adhere to in the new year. Here are some sketches of these thoughts and directions for work: Sleep for more than 6 hours Talk about everything directly and immediately Living here and now Do it right away and don’t delay Look after yourself Don't lecture anyone If they don’t ask, don’t help, and if they ask, then assess your capabilities Be yourself and don’t be afraid/embarrassed
