💡 Once again, a reason to think for those who keep their funds on the exchange. Today, the BingX exchange was hacked and approximately $25 million was withdrawn (the amount is not official information). The most interesting thing is that they did not immediately come to their senses and closed the withdrawals only after 40 minutes, which was actually enough for the attackers. In general, if the amount of damage is confirmed, then this is a relatively small loss and I think exchange users should not worry, such amounts are easily covered. And yet, the fact itself is unpleasant and once again says that you should not keep your funds on the exchange. I repeat this every time and I will repeat it again - keep your crypto assets on the ledger or any other cold wallet and then you can sleep peacefully. Exchanges are certainly convenient for trading, but you should not use them as a storage place.
