Workout update: 

Fitcasters! 

Took the day off (body was exhausted from yesterday’s workout - I don’t workout on Sunday’s) 

Here is a workout complex that I did a while back for inspiration…

Focus: Unilateral strength + bilateral strength + Power 

4-5 sets
-Trapbar rear foot elevated split squats 
-Single leg squats (stabilization-activation)
-Trapbar deadlifts 
-multidirectional work (lateral power focus)

Who has a bcaa with nothing shitty hidden behind a generic ingredient category like natural flavoring, no caffeine, and doesn’t taste like the bitter end of gross. This is the closest I’ve found but that beet flavor is apparently some type of torture to my pallet
