When people in crypto hear “onboard” they assume some flashy faceless campaign. That’s not how this works. Onboarding happens by telling your friends & family. It means taking time out of your day to teach someone you know what you’ve learned & why it matters. If you won’t do it, why would someone else?

I think we need a better term. “Onboarding” is what you do when you start a boring job
