Telegram messaging app founder and CEO Pavel Durov was arrested at Paris-Le Bourget Airport, on the outskirts of Paris, France. The TF1 television channel, citing an anonymous source, reported that Durov was arrested at the airport around 8:00 PM on August 24 after arriving from Azerbaijan by private jet, under an arrest warrant issued in France as part of a preliminary police investigation
