gm Fitcasters! Time to move!!! Today is the perfect day to get back into your routine. Do not let today go to waste! Whatever you do, just move! Workout update: Still in “Tempo month” until the end of next week. Today’s main lift will be Trapbar deadlifts (5x) : Tempo 3 up/2 hold/3 down- big big push for me this week- thinking 405?! Not sure about 5x but goal is at least for 3x. Will cast later with that update. What’s your focus today?
