I can't pull myself together today. It would seem like another shelling...there were hundreds and hundreds of them. But periodically it hits me and I understand that all the stress, fear, pain have been encapsulated, they are here, they haven't magically disappeared. 
A person shouldn't live in war, children shouldn't even know such a word, let alone distinguish a drone from a missile, a machine gun burst from air defense. 
I feel tiny, vulnerable, lonely today😔
