Day 5 at the Gym: The Struggle is Real!!!
Alright, folks, gotta be honest, today was probably my toughest day
It was leg day, and I kicked things off strong on the treadmill and more cardio
Here’s where things got tricky, my lady coach had me do lunges, and suddenly, it felt like part of my body just shut down. I don’t know if it was fear or just the intensity hitting me, but no matter how hard I tried, half of me wasn’t cooperating. It was frustrating, and I could feel that mix of exhaustion and doubt creeping in.
After a little breather, I switched it up with sumo squats, and oh boy, my thighs are still feeling like jelly 😂 I wrapped up with some ab workouts and called it a day.
I’m not quite sure what happened, but you better believe I’m heading back tomorrow to conquer whatever that was
