It’s Matcha time 💚 I have to say I was influenced and inspired by @afrochicks into drinking matcha and now I feel like I can’t ever go back!!! It makes me feel so energised and mentally active. Love it! I have this matcha set now, but I’ll make my own ceramics in my style for it asap!

I am yet to try a matcha latte tho, then will be the next level. I also started by drinking it in the morning as a substitute to my Barkley coffee. Today I’m trying instead drinking it in the afternoon instead of my regular coffee. To see what is the response of my body drinking it a few hours before working out and my language class. We’ll see 🥰 And yes, a ceramic set made by myself is def needed

You should use the correct dosage because regular use of matcha will reduce the absorption of other substances.
